Sunday Style: Rejected

You want to know what I have been up to all week? Well, let me tell you, it’s not pretty people, not pretty at all.

Cam and I have looked at a bagillion houses (yes, we are still living with the parentals-in-law & grateful to have somewhere to stay) but we are wanting our own place and every time we find something that looks good online, we drive an hour to go see the joint and…

a. it smells like they were smokin a joint there
b. it’s old and run down and they photo shopped their pictures
or c. we love it and put an offer on it (and we don’t get it)

grrr… real estate people! All I want is a house, semi-close to Cam’s school, not crappy, not huge, not an apartment.  This is not to much to ask for.

After all this strife that we went through getting rejected by complete strangers… rude, I decided to cheer myself up with a dress up session.

Nothing like Retail Therapy or Dress Up Therapy 🙂
I have this dress that I love from Forever 21 but it is a little on the short side so I decided to turn it into a skirt!

Shirt: Downeast Basics, Skirt/Actually a Dress: Forever 21, Shoes: Steve Madden
Purse: Vintage (my cute Mamas)
