These energy bites are by far one of my favorite snacks! So much so that I have been doubling the recipe because we are going through them so fast in our house. They are great fresh after your make them or cold after a few hours in the fridge or freezer! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Energy Bites
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
- 2 tbsp Chia Seed
- 1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup Coconut Flakes
Mix all ingredients together
Form mixture into round balls
Store in airtight container in your fridge for up to 1 week
