No Bake Granola Bites
- 1/3c. Honey
- 1/2c. Peanut Butter
- Mini Chocolate Chips (I don't measure these, I just stop when it looks good but probably around 1/3c.)
- 1/3c. Ground Flaxseed (I used ground whole brown flaxseed from Sprouts or whole foods)
- 2/3c. Coconut Flakes
- 1c. Dry Oatmeal
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Mix all ingredients together. I like digging right in there and using my hands but you could also use a cookie scoop to shape the balls.
- I haven't tried it yet, but these would be so perfect to roll out and cut into granola stripes too! I like to store them in an airtight container in fridge.
These are so good! They taste like fresh granola bars and are so good for you to!
