I haven’t had a real urge to run but a few weeks ago I just felt the need to hit the trails and run till I didn’t feel like running anymore. Super abnormal for me. I usually set a goal distance or time limit but I just started running and when I was tired, I stopped. This probably seems like no big deal but it gave me an open mind to really take in Arizona. I kind of like it here, you know, when it’s not 120 outside 😉 I love being able to have something that’s just for me. Don’t you?
